Ben Knock (Telesales) - Neil has been very influential on my sales career not only for his training of products but also for helping me understand the concepts of selling and different approaches. He also gave me great belief in my own ability at a time when I was ready to quit. As a result I now feel extremely confident in myself, in sales and have never looked back. I have had many promotions since and see myself in a very strong position. A place I would not be without Neil.
Cliff Bunting (Telesales) - Neil is an extremely positive man, who knows his subject and makes learning interesting and memorable. He presents traditional sales techniques in a modern way and manages to get you to think about what he has said well after the training has ended. Through my time with Neil I gained a lot of confidence in myself.

The simple 3D questioning structure designed by Neil has enabled me to succeed in a challenging economic environment. For the financial year ending 30th November 2002 I achieved 108% of annual target and over-achieved my new business target by 146%. I am now developing into a successful consultative sales person and the model I use in every call whether new business or an existing customer is that which I learnt from Neil.
